Mrs. Florence Oulton, 63, a native of Otter Creek,  died at her home in Florida Thursday following a brief illness.
She was born at Otter Creek July 5, 1897, the daughter of Greeley and Florence (Stanley) Walls.
Survivors are her husband Alan Oulton of Florida;  one son, Maynard Hagerthy, Otter Creek;  six brothers, John Walls of Bar Harbor, Ralph of South Portland, Merrill and Oscar, both of Detroit, Mich., William of Rosemont, Pa., and Greeley Jr. of Otter Creek;  two sisters, Mrs. Montville Liscomb of Otter Creek and Mrs. Marcia Malbury of Portland;  one grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at the Mcfarland Funeral Home at Bar Harbor Wednesday with the Rev. George B. Macdonald of the Mount Desert Larger Parish officiating.
Internment was in the family lot.
