FOREST  M.  BUTTERFIELD

Monmouth - Forest M. Butterfield, 88, of Monmouth, died Saturday in Augusta General Hospital after a short illness.
He was born Dec. 30, 1898, at Danforth, the son of Willis and Cora Gove Butterfield.
He was educated at Danforth.  He operated a trucking business at Monmouth for many years before moving to Monson.
Survivors include three brothers, Earl of Dover-Foxcroft, Paul of Monmouth, and Llyod Butterfield of Monson, a sister, Mrs. Lauda Hiscock of Gray.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at a Monmouth Funeral Home.  Burial will be in Ridge Cemetery, Monmouth.
