Gardiner - Funeral services for Mrs. Eleanor D. Cole were helf Friday afternoon at Christ Episcopal Church.  The burial office was read by the Rev. Canon Charles E. Karsten Jr., rector.  The celebrant of the service of Holy Communion was the Rev. David D. Holroyd, associate rector assisted by the Rev. Reese Riley, Vicar.
Bearers were Melvin Cole Sr., Melvin Cole Jr., Wallace Cole and Robert Willoughby.  Burial was in the Litchfield Plains Cemetery where committal prayers were read by Canon Karsten.
