Husband of Cora A. (Ackley) Kilton.
Died at home following a brief illness.
"Mr. Klllon spent his life in the Marshfield area and retired 20 years ago from the St. Regis Paper Co. after 20 years employment. Surviving besides his wife of Marshfield are five
sons, Hollis of Machias: Porter Jr. and Gerald, both of Marshfield: Stephen of East Machias; Boyd of New Milford,
Conn.; one daughter, Betty St. Pierre of Marshfield; l7 grandchildren; 3| great-grandchlldren: several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 20, at the Gardner Funeral Home, Machias, the Rev. William Riddlough officiating. Burial will follow in the family lot in the Marshfield Cemetery."
