Funeral services of Frank Godfrey, for many years in the employment of S.S. Pierce & Co.,  of Boston, were held at West Gouldsboro Sunday.  Rev.  Walter Reid Hunt officiated.  The steamer, Marjorie, was chartered to carry a number of people from Bar Harbor to whom Mr. Godfrey was known.  Among them were Mr. and Mrs. E.N. Benson, Mr. and Mrs. E.C. Parker, O.K. Stevens, Miss Stevens, Charles Bulger, J. Alden Morse, Mrs. T.F. Moran, Mrs. F.T. Wood.   Mr. Godfrey left a widow and little daughter who have the sympathy of a large circle of friends.
