Mrs. Inex Blanche Haynes, widow of Ernest L. Haynes of Bar Harbor, died Sunday at a Bangor Hospital. Mrs. Haynes had made her home in Bar Harbor for more than 40 years until the death of her husband three years ago, after which she lived with her daughter, Mrs. Charles Macintosh in Seituate, Mass.
Althrough in failing health for the past year, she died suddenly while visiting her sister, Mrs. Howard Buzzell of Bangor. She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge of Bar Harbor and took a great interest in the Congregational Church while living here.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Macintosh of Scituate; a grand-daughter, Judith MacIntosh, of Scituate; a sister, Mrs. Buzzell, of Bangor, three brothers; George F. McFarland of Portland, and Lewis McFarland of Braintree, Mass; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services wee held at the home of her sister, 324 Union Street, Bangor, Tuesday afternoon at 2;30o'clock.
