Gardiner - Mrs. Ida Maude Colby, 59, died at an Augusta Nursing Home  Friday after a long illness.
She was born at Millinocket August 9,  1906, the daughter of Charles and Lilla Banks Barker.
Surviving are a son, William A. Colby of Bangor;  two daughters, Mrs. Lilla Davis of Bangor and Mrs. Evelyn Kublcki of Gardiner;  four brothers, Henry Barker, of Millinocket, George and Richard of Orrington, and Frank of Chicago;  four sisters, Mrs. Lilla McCarty of Sanford, Mrs. Alberta Eaton of Brewer, Mrs. Edith Salisbury of Orrington, and Mrs. Katherine Price of New York City;  four grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts and cousins.
Funeral services will be Monday at 2 p.m. from the Clark-Mitchell Funeral Home, Bangor.
