Miss Daisy, daughter of P.H. Stratton, died at the Stratton home Saturday. Miss Stratton was in the seventeenth year of her life. She had been confined to the house only a short time. Death was due to the grip and complications arising from it. Miss Stratton was a member of the Congregational Church and Sunday School. In the sunday school she was a leading worker and acted as teacher of a class of children. In school Miss Stratton was a remarkably studious and conscientious scholar and a class leader. Her quiet manner and ladylike bearing made friends for her of all whom she met. It is sad that a young woman of so much worth and promise should be taken early. Her parents, a sister, Miss Vivian, and three brothers; Harry C., Carl, and Earle survive her. Her death is a cause for sincere regret to all who knew her. She was a Sunday School teacher.
