WOODBURY - WILLIAM F. - Dexter

William F. Woodbury, 74, died July 22 at his residence on Center Street, Dexter, following a long period of ill health.
ZHe was born in Abbot, June 5, 1898, the son of William and Alice (Ames) Woodbury.  He attended the Abbott schools and worked 40 years in local woolen mills before retiring in 1957.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Hana (Curtis) Woodbury of Dexter, seven sons, Francis of Bangor, Earl of Dudley, Mass., Warren of Woonsocket, R.I., Maynard, Rodney, William Jr., and Richard, all of Dexter;  two daughters, Mrs. James (Arlene) Golden of Corinna and Mrs. Roger (Margaret) Woodward of Guilford;  36 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Funeral Services were held Tuesday at the Crosby Neal Funeral Home, Dexter, with the Rev. Andrew Spohrer officiating.  Burial will be in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
