Lera, the fifteen year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Allen, died at her home here about midnight Monday. For the past two years Lera has been in failing health and for several months had kept to her room. Her store of courage and cheerfulness was rarely exhausted and she showed great thoughtfulness for others through all her weary illness. She was a young girl of great promise, being an apt pupil while at school and posseesing a decided talent for drawing and music. Mr. and Mrs. Allen have the deep sympathy of their many friends in the loss of their eldest child. funeral services will be held at the house Thursday at 2 p.m..
